1. Delivery & Returns

How long does delivery take?

Delivery within Gozo takes between 1 and 3 days and delivery in Malta takes between 5 and 7 days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately, at this point in time we are unable to offer international shipping.

How do I return an item by post?

Please send your unopened and unused item back to the following address:

How do I return an item to store?

Please bring your unopened and unused item to our store along with your receipt for proof of purchase. If payment was made by card please bring the same card along with you.

How long do I have to return a package?

The returns window for a full refund or exchange is 14 days from date of purchase. Should you make a return from the 15th day up until the 30th day from date of purchase you may either exchage the item or we will provide you with a store credit receipt.

Are there any items which are non-returnable?

  • Whilst we allow returns on most of our products, the following are not eligible for return:

  • Mixed paint

  • Beverages

  • Items which have been opened/used

Do you offer a gift wrap option?

We offer free of charge luxury gift wrap with every order. Please select the Gift Wrap option at checkout.

How do I cancel my order?

Should you wish to cancel your order please contact our customer service either by phone on +356 21995864 or by email on info@cicada.com.mt. Should the order already be picked/dispatched it may not be possible to cancel the order.

Can I add items to an existing order?

Yes, of course. If you've placed an order online and would like to add to it, please contact customer support either by phone on +356 27995864 or by email on info@cicada.com.mt where our team will assist you. Should the order already be picked/dispatched it may not be possible to add to the order.

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes, all transactions are managed by a 3rd party service provider with Level 1 PCI Service Provider certification.

Which payment methods do you accept?​

We accept multiple forms or payment:

  1. Credit card though our website

  2. PayPal through the website

  3. Revolut Payment

  4. Credit card over the telephone

  5. Cash on pickup

Can I collect my order in store?

Yes, we have a branch location in Gozo and one in Malta that are both available for order pickup.

3. Shopping in Store

Do I have to wear a face covering in store?

Unfortunately, due to the current ongoing situation we request that all persons entering our store wear a face covering.

How do I keep my hands clean?

Hand sanitizer will be at the disposal of our clientele in store. A W.C. with sink is also available.

Can I use the toilet in store?

Yes, you can, We have a beautiful W.C. for our clients to use. It its regularly cleaned and sanitized.

How do I make a return in store?

If you wish to return a purchase, please bring your item in a fully sealed and sellable state, along with your receipt for proof of purchase.

What payment options do you offer in store?

We offer the following payment options in store:

What services do you offer?

We offer a multitude of services related to decorating (ex: painting, wallpapering) and audio, soundproofing and paneling installation. Please give us a ring or visit us in store for more information.

Do you offer in store consultations?

Yes, we do. If you need assistance in selecting the perfect paint colour for your home, would like a sound demo, need to select stylish skirting/paneling or simply would like to find the perfect gift then our team are more than happy to help.

How can I book a consultation?

Do you charge for a consultation?

No, we do not, our consultations are completely free of charge.

How do I cancel/reschedule a consultation?

If you need to reschedule or cancel an consultation please call us on +356 27995864 or email us on info@cicada.com.mt

Am I obliged to purchase anything if I book a consultation?

No, there are no obligations to make any purchases when you book a consultation with us.

Where do you hold consultations?

We host consultations in our Victoria boutique where we have a comfortable boardroom, free of charge refreshments and extensive knowledge to assist you.

Do I need to bring anything?

Depending on the type of consultation we may ask you to bring plans or photographs of the space you would like to discuss. But if these are not supplied then it's not usually an issue for to proceed without them.

5. Gift Vouchers

Can I redeem gift vouchers/store credit online?

Yes you may, just enter the gift voucher/store credit number on checkout and the amount will be deducted from your order total.

When does my gift voucher expire?

Both gift vouchers and store credit expire 6 months after date of creation.

How can I purchase a gift voucher?

You can either purchase a gift voucher in store or online. The gift voucher is a physical voucher, we do not offer virtual vouchers, and so any online voucher purchases will be sent to the applicable shipping address.

Do I need to use the full value of my gift voucher in a single transaction?

Yes, the value of a single gift card must be used in a single transaction.

I've made a purchase using a gift voucher/store credit but I would now like a refund. How will I receive the refunded amount back?

The refund will be given by means of store credit.
