Delivery in Malta for orders under €30 is €5 and free of charge for orders of €30 and over. The duration of delivery is 5-7 days.
Delivery in Gozo is free of charge and orders take between 1-3 days to be delivered.

In order to initiate a return please get in touch with our customer service team, either by phone on +356 27995864 or by email on email@example.com. You can also come and see us in store.
Any unwanted items purchased from us can be returned within 14 days from date of purchase for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Returns made between the 14th and 30th day after purchase are not eligible for refunds and can either be exchanged or reimbursed by means of store credit.
Returns will only be processed if the original receipt is presented as proof of purchase. Refunds will be effected in accordace to the original payment method utilised. If a card was used for payment, a refund can only be conducted with the card utilised in the initial payment.
All goods must be in an unopened, unused and resellable state to qualify for a return.
If you made the purchase through our website or over the telephone, any shipping charges paid are non-refundable. This includes any charges incurred when returning goods by post. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that goods returned by post arrive in a resellable state.

If you've purchased an item from us that has turned out to be defective, you have 30 days from date of purchase to claim a full refund or exchange.
If the item was purchased online or over the telephone, any shipping charges are also eligible for refund.
